The Department of Zoology, in association with the Department of Biotechnology, St. Joseph's College (Autonomous), Trichy, organized a highly informative webinar on “The Role of Biotechnology Entrepreneurs in Advancing Healthcare” on 18th January 2025 in virtual platform through google meet. The event was conducted as part of the Academic Collaborative Activity under the Xavier Board of Higher Education, India. The resource person was Dr. A. Edward, Assistant Professor in the Department of Biotechnology, St. Joseph’s College (Autonomous), Trichy, Tamil Nadu. The session highlighted the significance of biotechnology entrepreneurship in shaping the future of healthcare, focusing on innovation, technology and entrepreneurship in this rapidly growing field.
