The aim of the programme was to create an awareness among the students about their personal health and the ways to identify their strengths and weaknesses and to have a positive view on oneself. Dr. Senthil Kumar.C, Cosmetic Surgeon, Co- founder and Director, Creas Aesthetic Pvt Ltd, Coimbatore was the resource person. Sir enlightened the students with the ample of ideas to enrich their self care. He addressed the students about the common symptoms and diseases the women undergo and he explained the ways to come out of it and to face the future with confidence. Students had an interactive session with the Surgeon and clarified their doubts.
