NIRMALA COLLEGE FOR WOMEN

It is one of the first departments under the self-financing wing of Nirmala College which embarked upon this momentous journey in the year 1995. From its inception, the Department actively involves itself in providing quality education and hands-on experience of the Management world to the students.

Upholding the mission of the College, the Department earnestly strives in imparting holistic education to the students. Apart from the intensive educational sessions, the Department provides careful personal support through a distinctive tutorial system. The Management Association PLEXUS (promoting leadership excellence in unique style) serves as a platform for students to participate in quizzes, paper presentations, workshops and case-studies. A marketing mela under the banner of SEON (Students' Exhibition of Nirmala) is organised every two years to develop the marketing and entrepreneurial skills of the students. The Department library helps the students to improve their knowledge in the field of Management. Industrial visits to reputed organisations provide a glimpse of the Business world to the students. Involvement in social service activities such as planting trees, creating a clean green environment and visiting orphanages, old-age homes enable the students to become responsible citizens
